At times I may encourage you to move towards the discomfort but will always honor your pace and process. While I acknowledge the seriousness of our work, I also deeply value humor and encourage clients to be themselves. We will work collaboratively to navigate the nuances of the therapeutic journey, fostering transformation and growth.
